A favourite of mine, this tree was created with my own aesthetic and home decor in mind. As Orange is a hard colour to find during the holiday season, I created a lot of the pieces myself by hand. Using a brown and orange tartan as the base of the theme, I searched for ornaments and decor objects I liked, then spray painted them to match. I mixed various elements made from crude tin, bleached pines, reflective metals and fun "Hipsteer" pillows to finish the look. The final result, a subtly masculine and eye-catching t ree that matched the condo surroundings.
