Pre-Order

To guarantee you are a head of the curve, Owl & Gray will be accepting pre-orders as of October 13th. Customers can reserve their orders which will then be shipped the first week of November through Canada post. 

Shipments

Owl & Gray will only be shipping within Canada (Excluding territories) & the USA ( Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). For those outside of the shipping boundaries, please contact O&G directly to work out international shipping. Please refer to the CONTACT page for details.

Shipments are made through Canada post and a tracking number will be provided through email confirmation of your order. 

Returns & Refunds

Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers. That is why you may return your online order up to 14 days after receipt up until December 5th. Following December 5th, all purchases are final.

For a return, customers will need to ship the items back to Owl & Gray Decor - 60 Corstate Avenue Vaughan Ontario, L4K4X2 Canada. Once the item is received, full payment will be returned upon inspection. Returns may take up to 14 days to show in your account.

Damaged Products

If a shipment arrives damaged, please document the broken products and email Graham@owlandgray.ca directly. I will personally ship you a replacement. Damage must be reported upon receiving your shipment and will not be granted following 24 hours past delivery.
